Camp promotes community. Camp teaches critical thinking. Camp embraces nature. Camp creates future leaders. Camp engages all the senses. Camp fosters positive relationships with other kids and adults. Camp allows kids to see themselves as God made them to be. Camp brings life-change.
This summer, we interviewed campers that came to SpringHill Camps on scholarship and asked them how they felt about camp. SpringHill’s friends and donors made it possible for campers like these and many more, to attend camp. We are committed to reaching more and more kids with message of Christ, you can help to make it happen! Each year we read through stacks of story forms written by campers and summer staff. As SpringHill expands our reach across the Midwest, our scholarship needs continue to grow. Last year, over 2,800 of our 17,000+ campers came on scholarships. This year we expect to provide over 3,000 scholarships.
